Tax preparers may invite their colleagues to join their Tax Pro team through the Team tab in the Ledgible app. This will send them an email similar to the one below:
The invited team member will be guided through the following steps:
- Click the View button in the invitation email.
- Create a Ledgible Tax Pro user account using the invited email address.
- Verify their email address through a separate email link.
- Once the verification email link is clicked and the user logged in, their account is active and linked to the Tax Pro account that invited them.
Invitations for team members are valid for 24 hours. If a team member tries to join the team after the link has expired, they will receive the following error:
If an invited tax preparer receives this message, they will need to request that the Tax Pro that invited them to their team resend the invite and then repeat steps 1-4 using the new invitation email link within 24 hours.
