Tax preparers can invite their colleagues to join their Ledgible Tax Pro team through the Team tab. When a team member is invited, they will be sent an email containing a unique link they can use to sign up and link their account.
To accept a team member invite:
- You will receive an email from Ledgible with a sign-up button. Click the button to create your account.
- Create a Ledgible Tax Pro user account using the invited email address.
- Verify your email address by clicking the Verify button in the email that is sent with the subject Please Verify Your Email.
Once the verification email link is clicked and you log in, your account is active and linked to the Tax Pro account that invited you.
Troubleshooting

If the team member tries to accept the invite more than 24 hours after it was sent, they will receive an Invalid Signup Token error and will not be able to proceed. The tax preparer that invited them will need to resend the invite, which will send a new email link that is good for 24 hours.
