From the Client Management dashboard, you can view the current payment status of your client accounts.
Here is what each status means:
- Invite Pending: The client account has been invited but has not linked their account to the Tax Pro in their Settings menu.
- Payment Required: The client must provide payment in order to access reports, which once purchased, will be available for both the Tax Pro and client.
- Paid: The client has purchased reports. Both the Tax Pro and the client can run and download reports and other files.
Note: Some legacy accounts may have a different payment plan. When done adding their digital asset information, the client must select the Submit to Tax Pro button in the top right of their Overview dashboard in order for the Tax Pro to be able to run reports on their data.
