Creating a report
Reports can be created from the Reports tab or directly from a Client in the Active Clients list.
- When viewing the Reports tab, start by selecting Create Report button in the upper right hand corner.
- Next, select the client to run the report for from the Search Clients dropdown and click Next.
- Three different report categories will be presented in tabs. For more information please see Report Types.
- Select your report type and click Next.
- In the confirmation box click Create. You will now be able to see and download your report.
Downloading and deleting a report
You can download or delete your generated reports using the green arrow and red trash icon respectively. These reports are accessible at any time from your reports tab.
