There are three user permission levels:
- Admins: admins have full permission to add, edit, or delete wallets and exchanges, and have the same control over the users under their Accounting Ledgible account.
- Full: the same permissions as an admin, but without the ability to manage users.
- Read-Only: these accounts are only able to manage their transactions and create reports. These users cannot add or remove wallets or exchanges and have no control over other users.
When adding new users, choosing the permission level that best meets the user's needs without giving more permissions than needed is good security practice. This prevents unauthorized access and accidental actions from being taken.
These permissions are only for Accounting: Tax Payers will have admin permissions as they are required to add their own exchange and wallet data and cannot manage other users.
