This article outlines how to resend an invitation email to a client in the case that they cannot locate it. You can also share your Tax Pro code with them directly.
- Log in to your Ledgible Tax Pro account. On the Client Management dashboard, scroll down to your list of Active Clients and locate the client for which you would like to resend the invitation email. You can search for the client in the provided search bar if needed.
- Select the More button to the right of the desired client.
- Select Resend Invite.
- Select the Confirm button to proceed.
- You will be notified that the email was sent successfully. Click Close to close the window.
