Ledgible Crypto Tax fully supports Tether (and all crypto) today.
You can add your Tether transaction history to Ledgible by using either our file import wizard or our manual entry feature.
File Import Wizard
To get started using the file import wizard, you will first need your full transaction history in a spreadsheet file. This can typically be obtained from your wallet or a blockchain explorer.
Wallet Transaction History File
Many wallets allow you to download your transaction history into a file (usually a CSV file but other common spreadsheet formats are also accepted).
If you are not sure if your wallet offers a download of your transaction history into a file, please reach out to the support team for your wallet. You can also reach out to the Ledgible team by using the Support button in your Ledgible dashboard if you need help. We are glad to offer assistance in locating any available resources for your wallet if you have any difficulty obtaining your transaction history.
Blockchain Explorer Transaction History File
If your wallet does not offer a transaction history file download option, many blockchain explorers will also allow you to download your transaction history into a CSV file.
To view your Tether transaction history in a blockchain explorer, head over to the Tether Etherscan Explorer at https://etherscan.io/token/0xdac17f958d2ee523a2206206994597c13d831ec7 and paste your address from your wallet into the search bar to view your transaction history.
Check if there is a download option when viewing your transaction history (typically in the lower right).
Manual Entry
If a download option is not offered by your wallet or any blockchain explorers, you can always import your Tether transactions using our manual entry option to get started using the information provided by your wallet or the blockchain explorer.
