Ledgible Tax Pro allows you to limit access to your firms' most confidential client information. If you opt to revoke consent, the client will show up in the list of Active Clients and you can run Reports, but Team Members will not be able to Open the client's account to see their dashboards. See the following instructions to revoke consent to access a client's account:
- On the Client Management dashboard, scroll down to your list of Active Clients and locate the client's account for which you would like to revoke access. You can search for the client in the provided search bar if needed.
- Select the More button to the right of the desired client.
- Select Revoke Consent to block access to the client's account.
-
Click Confirm to remove your access to the account.
- Select Save to close the final notification window.
Helpful Hints
To undo this action, the client can go to Settings and under Tax Pro Connection, choose Actions and then Grant Access.
Clients can also opt to Disconnect from your Tax Pro account completely or Block Access, which is the same as the Tax Pro revoking consent.
