If you have intentionally disconnected Ledgible from your QuickBooks Online instance and would now like to connect Ledgible to a new or different QuickBooks Online instance, follow these steps.
1. Simply log in to Ledgible and select the 'Integrations' tab at the top of the page:

If you see the green reconnect button (image below), and you are intending to associate Ledgible with a new or different QuickBooks Online instance than it was previously tied to, click the 'Disconnect' link on the QuickBooks integration panel. This will clean up any remaining data or mappings from your previous QuickBooks Online instance, allowing you to successfully connect to the new or different instance.
If you *do not* see the green reconnect button, simply follow the steps detailed in our Setting up the QuickBooks Online Integration article to get up and running with Ledgible posting data to the new QuickBooks Online instance.
